It is on the 27th of July. I believe the opening hours was 09:00AM-06:00PM, but not entirely sure. First presentation is at 09:00 AM (or 09:15 AM?) so I would assume you're either let in 08:30 AM or 08:00 AM. Presentation-attendees most likely are priority in badge-line if letting in at 08:30-08:45 AM.
