Windows Error Recovery on ROBLOX

I've been receving the "Windows Error Recovery" screen when I "Hibernate", "Restart", and even "Shut Down". The computer I'm using is a 2 year old Dell Inspiron SRS Sound laptop powered by Windows 7 Home Edition. After I play and leave a game on ROBLOX and used one of the 3 following features, it sometimes receives the error. If there's any resolutoins, please reply below.

You will need to reinstall roblox if that doesnt work your computer is too old for roblox :( you could also try to install anti virus to check for any virus stopping roblox from working -Life is a mystery Get over it-

Dear MrJacon, Your Windows Error Recovery is a message that something failed than recovered. It's most likely a Windows/System driver or .DLL file of Windows failed to respond temporarily. I recommend firstly and surly to UPDATE all your SYSTEM DRIVERS. Secondly, run a scan with HitMan Pro. Hitman Pro currently has the best cloud-based detection rate in the world. The new ROBLOX Game Client is barley receiving Windows Error Recovery messages when I "Hibernate" "Restart" and "Shut Down" are out of the way. The ROBLOX game client was powered by ROBLOX Studio 2013 which can be blocked by your firewall. I edited my game using ROBLOX Studio and gave me that error message. I believe I'm good about the game client change.
