As of now, only a small percent of players rate a game. I think, after your first play session, you should be forced to thumbs up/down.
This seems like a sketchy idea, because of some "noobs", but support or no?

It shouldn't really be "forced", there should just be little pop-up that says "Did you enjoy this game?" with the thumbs up/down.

I like Nikie's amended version.
If it were forced, perhaps add a neutral option in case they didn't like or hate it. It wouldn't add a tally to either likes or dislikes.

If you're too lazy to think for a split second about your experience in the game then click a button corresponding to said experience then you have an issue.

Its still pretty new, so I guess people haven't gotten into the routine of rating stuff after they play it.
Either that or they forget to rate stuff they've been playing for a while.
