You can only "buy" a place from someone if they have Builder's Club. Why? Because you cannot sell Models or Places yet. The only real way to do it would be to do, as you said, upload it to Models, make it a Free Model, let the other person take one, and then the other person would buy a piece of clothing that the first person made. That way, the other person would get the place, and the first person would get the money from the clothing. Just something to remember, for those trying to sell their obbies here. |
