Adding messages to trade requests

I think it would be an awesome addition to the trading system if with each trade/counter you could send a message. For example I could send "Please do not counter with lower rap." Or something like that. It would help stop people having to message and trade to know what each person wants, you could mix them together. I am guessing it would be a 13+ feature.
