On our profile, we should have a new way of communicating, a guestbook. The guestbook is NOT a chatting system where you can directly talk with someone else. It's a communication system where you can type out quick notes if you have to come offline or if the person you are talking to is offline, or don't have time to start a chatting system if you need to tell a quick message of important news. Here's a little example of it. (These names are some of my friends)

You could choose a background colour for your guestbook and you could write a short status at the top of it too.

You would have an option of who could post on your guestbook like every other communication system. (If you let only friends post on it, people who aren't your friends will not see this in case you put a secret on there only to be used by your friends or something)

Only your friends can view and post on your guestbook. If you'd like to change that, go to Account and change the settings.

If it was something personal, your friends could see it. |

You'd have options though to make it only for you to see or get rid of it entirely. And if you were going to write something personal to a friend, you wouldn't use a public guestbook for all to see obviously. |

You mean like a wall type thing? Support, I like the idea, sort of like a blurb except you can change who you want to see it. |
