Well, technically, I see it this way. In definition, music is a series of arranged notes. This, although doesn't sound "arranged" and sounds like a mess, is still considered music by me as much as the weird "art" ( You know, the obnoxious and strange ) is considered art.
The same applies to this. It's kind of like those X minutes of silence or noise songs. They're considered music, and they're considered art. So overall, this IS music, but only in technical terms. It won't make you come back for it. You won't listen to it like you do to Queen and you won't consider it something among the level of Led Zeppelin.
