Its A Toshiba, not the latest though. Probably one of the older ones. I had to throw away my old comp, that ran ROBLOX perfectly, that was a Windows I think. But recently since I got this computer it would make leave the game automatically. Any solutions?
Note, this computer belonged to my uncle, so it has his stuff on it. I get things telling me about a firewall, but I search and only find the windows firewall, and I make sure it allows ROBLOX, same results. |

And make sure you have no other Firewalls besides Windows FireWall. |

How much RAM does the computer have?
To check this got to your start menu right click Computer then select properties. There should be a section called "Installed Memory (RAM)
But for the most part Toshiba's Are good computers. It should work fine. |

Really? But my uncle has had it for about three years and now that I have it, I downloaded ROBLOX, tried everything, and it gives me 10 seconds to do something in a game, then it LC's on me randomly. Sometimes I last two-five minutes. |

So it just kicks you out or does it say something?

I recommend getting a program called Malwarebytes. It's a free software that will get infected files off your computer. |

My Ram is 2.00 GB?
It says you lost connection. But I lose it in 10-30 secs, and then, it takes probably two minutes for it to say I lost connection. But I realize it sooner because of the obvious, no chatting and frozen tools.
My last post was a late post, sorry. |

RAM should be fine..... If your on toshiba go to batterie then click balanced it should allow the same ammount of PC time. |
2 GB of RAM should be more than enough to run ROBLOX. It sounds like a firewall may be blocking ROBLOX. Make sure you allow ROBLOX through your firewall |

How can I find out I have a firewall? I put Firewall in my search and find only Windows Firewall, and Windows Firewall Advanced Security. |
Clear some memory or something. |
Also, one question about my windows firewall. I open it, go to exceptions and Roblox is there with a check, does that mean it allows Roblox...or? |
Go to the start menu then click computer. How much space do you have left on your Hard Drive? |
70.9 Out of 149.
Adding in case:
Then I have this under it:
Devices with removable storage
DVD RW DRIVE (D:) |
Everything seems alright. You have enough Hard Drive memory left, and your RAM is fine. Try installing and running malwarebytes. Also does it ever give you an error? |
No, we got our internet checked up and renewed.
-cough-
Does it matter if our internet is like...hacked? As in, we payed some dude to put it for us, instead of Comcast, Xfinity etc etc. |

So it wasn't a company that set it up? |
I'm not sure I remember, but I think SOMETIMES it says Error=D17 or something. |
It does matter. That might be your issue.malwarebytes |

No. In a way? He works for Comcast, and we payed him for it. He went to this weird site that he dialed numbers on, he went through my comp and put the numbers and he placed it on the site. Same procedures that Comcast did when we did use a company. |
Did you ever run ROBLOX on your "hacked" service before you got your new computer? |
