no the updates are barely bug fixes in v2.4 I could play driveblox with my ipad 2 now I can't even play it without crashing

Wait just a moment. With ROBLOX Mobile updates they've enabled outlines, dynamic lighting, and a lot more! These bug fixes have made ROBLOX Mobile more smooth and has greatly improved it! The catalog is updated through the site, not through ROBLOX Mobile updates. It's constantly updated as well.

@Aaron Lol, no. The past 8 updates have been random bug fixes that aren't even noticeable. They disabled the save word button and the search bar at the top doesn't close the keyboard. Both of there came with a "Bug fix". ~ᴛʜᴇ ᴀᴍᴀᴢɪɴɢ ᴏɴᴇ ᴇʏᴇ~

The updates are just changes to the home and login screen. With every update, games you used to be able to play you can't play anymore.

u can play the games now step 1 duble tap the home screen close all of ur apps step 2 look in the appstore for roblox update step 3 update it step 4 close the appstore and force close it step 5 enjoy roblox
