ROBLOX Studio Can't Start! "QtGui4.dll is missing"!

I keep getting the error "The program can't start because QtGui4.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have tried: - Reinstalling ROBLOX. - Deleting all ROBLOX source files manually then installing ROBLOX again.

Oh, and I have also tried reinstalling Studio and that doesn't work either. I forgot to mention that.
