ROBLOX Studio should come in the download when you download ROBLOX Player. Click the Start Menu in the bottom left corner and search the key word "ROBLOX" You should find it then.

Then look it up on Google and there should be a link somewhere to download it. I'm afraid that's all I can do at the moment.

Reinstall ROBLOX and you should get both of the items you expected to receive.
