Very simple. The ability to restrict items in the group store to a specific rank/ranks. This'd help majorly with larger groups who have people joining a lot, and are confused regarding which uniform to get. It could also help with [insert something here].

Sure. Why not? This wouldn't be a huge update, it should be pretty quick to implement, and apparently, quite a few people think it's useful. ~The inner machinations of my mind are an enigma
