I've found a weird glitch wtih Roblox Studio.
In the game I'm building now I have Walkthrough bricks and some blocks have a corroded metal texture. I can see them fine in edit miode but when I test in Play Solo the texture's gone and the walkthrough aren't there. I've locked the walkthrough bricks so they don't fall through the floor.
If a mod sees this can you tell me if you kow the problem and if you can fix it because it's rather annoying!

ANCHORING stops them from moving, not locking.
Locking makes them unaffected by building tools so you dont accidentally delete them. Try anchor them instead.

When you turn CanCollide off if they're not locked then they fall through the groudn and they're copied from an anchored block on the other side of the game :o

Locking is not necessary. If they are anchored they should be fine. Double check.

Anchor the blocks, that keeps them from moving.
Locking them will just not let you edit them while your building. |

locking isn't neccessary, only anchoring which apparently you didn't do. |

Fine...I'l turn lock off and see what happens. I'll check in I've anchored the blocks.
Now...please tell me about the textures.

I have the same problem with textures too, I see them in edit, but as soon as I play or go in solo, they are all gone. Weird... |

you realize if your game is play solo it means someone can take it lol. |

In studio, go to test, then play solo, Its a form of testing. |

On the subject of the missing textures, make sure your graphics level is about 5 or higher. In my experiences, putting it under 4 at the least removes textures from the blocks and lowers render distance. While it reduces lag in larger games, it also makes games have less stuff like textures in it. Setting it to a higher level should fix this. If it's already at 10, however, I cannot think of a solution.

No problem. Having an uber-laggy computer, I know of the graphics settings.

Yeah, most people don't pay attention to the graphics settings. They need to learn of it more.
