What im thinking is, since theres alot of account scammers and hackers out there, that users of 1 account, has a secondary p4ssw0rd set to it, in order to find scammers.
Upon entering this p4ssw0rd, it would instantly ban the accounts registered with the IP of the scammers computer; to help filter out scammers, and get them banned.
Say my normal p4ssw0rd was 123, and somebody asked me for my p4ssw0rd, and i decided to give it to them,
Instead i could give them my anti-scam p4ssw0rd, which would be 234.
If that scammer entered it, their accounts on their IP would be banned, and reported. |

This would actually cause more scamming. Let's say someone made a "deal" for an account. They could give the other person the secondary p@$$ and get them permanently banned and they get off free. While you're not supposed to make deals, do they really deserve a permanent ban? |

If the 1st scammer gives the PW to the 2nd scammer, and gets banned for trying it, then its their fault for trying to enter accounts and break the rules.
Even though this may be a use of being scammed, it could be modified with an automatic report system; so the moderators would have to overlook it.
On the other hand, this can really upgrade account security; basicly telling the people asking for your account, gets them removed.
And, for a ban, it could be a ban or a warning, but still on all accounts registered to that IP. |

An IP ban is the strongest thing ROBLOX has, and its the only thing that can stop people, even if its temporary.
And i wasnt saying an IP ban, i meant all accounts registered to that IP, get warned or banned.
The IP isnt actually denied access to ROBLOX, just the accounts registered to it. |

If they ban all the accounts on the IP. No need to be rude, I am presenting valid points for why this will never happen. |

When it comes to IP bans, ROBLOX has never cared about other ROBLOX users on the same computer.
And funny enough, I got like, 4 warnings for making this, for scamming and privacy. |

And what if they had brother's and sister's playing ROBLOX and boom, IP banned for no reason! :( |

I've said this alot of times before, you people need to listen
THIS WILL >NOT< IP BAN A USER
The system will check the IP for all registered accounts.
All the registered accounts will be reported, warned, or banned.
The IP will not be affected. |
