The carve tool, it allows you to carve into bricks. Lets say you wanted a window in a building, you don't want to use 4 different bricks just to make a window. You could just click the carve tools and carve a window into the brick. Make it any size you want. It makes building much easier.

It would be hard to control and you could get wonky lines...Soo..I half support.

Well there would be a GUI where you can select a shape such as a Circle or Square

There is probably a plugin for this. Ozzypig has made a plugin where you can cut bricks i half, etc etc.
