Something interesting, fun, and a new way to make users pay! (Rhymed) I can personally design GIF' animations myself, but this would be a neat feature. Users such as mecha waffle could do this, a lot. Anyways, of course. It should cost 100+ R$ to post a GIF. And there will be pending approvals for them. I just want to see some moving ads! Looking in the page, is BORING.

No support. You know, mods aren't super-humans. You can't just say a feature that could be abused in SO many ways and think that making the mods do it will fix everything, because it won't. I've seen some pretty explicit decals and t-shirts get passed by mods. No, really. And, now, enough about mods. The idea. Hm. Well. No. The normal ads annoy me enough, and I really don't want to see a bunch of flashy ads now and then, because I can guarantee there would be a lot of those with this feature.

Dont Support. It allready Takes Half the day to get an AD or Anything Approved. This would be abused and Image Mods wouldnt have enough time to look through all of them. No Support What So EVER.
