A new building tool.

Hey guys. I have an idea for a new tool. It is not super fancy, but I think it well help many ROBLOXian builders. So let mme give you the backstory: I was at my friends personal server. We were trying to build a little town. Some small, medium, and large houses. We wanted them to all the be same exact size. Counting out the blocks to make it exact took to much time because we were trying to build fast because I was getting tired XD. That was the backstory. Here is my idea: A tool that works like a ruler. How it works: You click on one spot. Then you click on another spot. The ruler will say like, "13 blocks long," or like,"4 blocks high." I thought this would save time while building and make building a little easier. If you guys support this idea, please post it so a Mod will come by. If you do not support this, please tell my why. I would like to see why. Have a good day guys!

Well, my idea was to click one block. Click on another. Then the length popped up. I guess that you would have to hit like "E" or something to have the length pop up.

I am going to give a little more detail on how it would work. I will explain the steps in working to tool. Step 1- Select tool. (Duh) Step 2-Click and hold a block. Step 3-While still hold the left click, drag the cursor into a direction of choice. Step 4-To check how many blocks it is, press the "E" button. The left click is still being held. Step 5-If the length needs to be adjusted, just readjust, without letting go of the left click. Step 6-One you have gotten your length, release of left click, and then two little red points will pop up. This is my idea completely explained.

Good idea, but why cant you just count the LxWxH?

Well, I can, but the ruler is faster. And a little nicer when you feel like math is the devil :D
