My dad wants to buy builders club for me. It says Declined by bank. He has a updated card and all valid information. Can someone tell me whats wrong. I really want the builders club.

Waaaiiiit! Don't buy BC, unless it's BC monthly, that is probably the only one worth it and TBC monthly. i refuse too
