1) Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > RIGHT CLICK on Command Prompt and click "Run as Administrator" 2) Type in the following and hit ENTER: netsh winsock reset 3) Once you receive a notification saying that the WinSock Catalog has been reset, restart your computer.
