It gives you a realistic hand to pick your nose, it then chases players with your booger. It takes out 45% of the player's health. And when the player dies the player screams cause people typically don't like boogers on their skin. And sometimes rarely, the hand makes the player eat the booger instantly killing them.

Support, this gear will be a stick with a finger and you tap yourself where your nose is supposed to be, then you grow a nose! Then the other ideas will come in.
