So I was going over to the forums and I heard that ROBLOX was supposed to be listening to your community, tell me roblox, since when have you guys ever stopped counting your bills and actually come on the forums for once and talk to us? As for the pointless (100% pointless updates) Each one has received criticism from not only me and various other roblox members ,yet you seem to just be sitting there and using a hundred dollar bills as toilet paper instead of listening to your "valuable community" have ideas to make ROBLOX a better place.

As for the exploits, seriously. ROBLOX really is the worst ever online security. I do suggest 10 and 9 year old's do not play this as you have places with weird exploits that can damage their eyes and there are places that have free models that are extremely bad. Also every single game I play. EXPLOIT. SWORD FIGHTS ON THE HEIGHTS-EXPLOIT. Seriously, I really haven't found a game that does not have somebody spamming, or hacking. Or exploiting. Skilled 18 year olds or really good scripters (Age never matters) can make a better security system then you. Every single form of ROBLOX ranks is BROKEN.

As for online dating and Age aproiate matters, I ask myself this question every day "ROBLOX discourages users to online date yet they have items like shaggy, superhero, ROBLOXian 2.0 (You seriously did NOT have to add those bodies in since you probably knew they would get critiscm, You say this is for anyone to play? THINK AGAIN. Base wars is full of guns yet it's on the front page and people can simply play them anytime they want not knowing that you don't really care. Also the report system ( I mean the bot that does reports for you ) Is BROKEN. Somebody banned me for saying "What rock band is this?".

Why make useless updates if you know people are going to complain about them? You made ROBLOXIan 2.0 just to make people mad. You made PAID ACCESS (What the hell, roblox? What the hell?) which will suck our money into your overstuffed wallets. I have more to say but I am dying to know what other people think.

@dark with that im with you,roblox at 2011,2010,2009 was more active even the CEO used to comment on some threads and went to alot of games and now...Yes i see the difference now roblox is about money because money is like gold to them,i;d love to see 100000 users everyday quit already roblox has hired pointless mods lets take for example MSE6,he/she used to ban everyone for just nothing.Luckily he/she is not online anymore but yeah you get my point,roblox isnt a online gaming fun site for kids its an online give cash and go site.all of it is nearly about money,Paid Access,it isnt a good idea at all you know some parents are not capable to buy robux for their children,wait so let me go pay £10 just to get like 1000 robux yeah?ROBUX is virtual currency,the website can get shutdown or like maintenance and then you don't get your robux you could of spent all that money on like london eye and yeah other views in whatever country.Now lets go on to exploiting
if we define ''EXPLOIT'' it means entering some game and hacking it really but instead you get the advantage all the admins of the game have.This is really bad and makes it look bad on roblox..we don;t want to see all the users stuff all gone they put hard work on it,it ends up all trashed,exploiters can get you banned on ROBLOX
its really like saying im a mod and i can ban you and then the other guy says wheres your super moderator badge and then the exploiter says HERE then BOOM.(you know what happens)

I just got a new computer, and it can't even get in a game. Roblox accomplished a goal of letting people script their own games and have great places, but what use is that when you can't even enter a place? They need to focus more on the technical upgrades like improving gameplay and fixing problems instead of introducing new features. |

Yeah, ever since ROBLOX cut voluntary moderators everything went downhill. ROBLOX counts the bills they earn just by releasing pointless updates that many people hate or get bugged by. ROBLOX needs to start listening, or get someone who will on the Forum Team. |

The exploits are sickening. It's even easier for anyone to expoit thanks to updates that are supposed to make it better. You do know there are scriptwriters here that can script better then you guys do, right?
I mean come on. Every time you update ROBLOX, you break it. YET YOU KEEP DOING IT!
Why don't you stop, and listen to your community, you know, the people who play ROBLOX, and give you money...

I'll sum this up nice and clear for you simple minded, short sighted, self centred individuals to understand:
The world does not revolve around you, and 9 times out of 10, the issue will be coming from your computer, and not the engineered program source. Very often, just installing all your coding libraries can help a lot.
But this is not my argument.
My argument, is the fact that roblox is an organisation, and a company.
A business.
A business's purpose is simply to generate cash. For you younger or uneducated individuals out there, an organisation earns money by generating income. An organisation attempts to make profit by generating more income than they pay for their business to function.
In this aspect, Roblox is successful. Micro transactions, adverts views and clicks which are paid by organisations, sponsoring and so on lead to Roblox's main goal to be achieved:
Generating money.
Currently, they have no reason what so ever to even give a damn about what goes on in the forum. Regardless, people will browse roblox, and pay for their services.
The only real way you can get your voice heard by roblox is not by attempting to flame or spamm, but by using your customer privileges and rights.
Which, in this case, is to seriously harm roblox by not accessing it.
Were roblox to see their income sliced down into smaller parts, they would attempt to find what was causing this. Where they would finally give a damn about what you singular individuals care.
In other terms, if you wish your voice to be heard by the roblox admins, and for something to be done about it, an efficient tactic would be the following:
Make a boycott group, and obtain followers. For this to work, you would easily need over 32k players, but this can be done, and large clan's leaders could aid promoting this
Once a high enough number of peoples have been obtained, the tactic would be to then have all the individuals in the group to stop visiting the site as a whole for a whole week, or month.
This would lead to Roblox, as a business, to take notice, and try to secure their interests.
Of course, you could keep on flaming, and being short sighted. |
