There will be a jungle or woods, and animals that can attack you, but you can also hunt them. I don't want the crafting variety to be too large so I will focus on mainly weapons, tools, and armor/clothes. Maybe I could even have skill levels for certain tasks (I don't want this to be like Runescape though :P). Your suggestions would help greatly. I still haven't decided on whether or not you can keep your items upon death. It would suck to loose all your items, but this is survival.. Maybe a banking system.

If your thinking about a banking system, go and look at deadzone, is that like a survival game?

I actually thought of an idea, hiding food anywhere you are. In the ground, trees, anything. There will be an "X" marked on the map that tells you where you hid the items. You will be able to add items to the same spots, or have multiple spots. This could possibly backfire though, because if you're not organized you can wind up with 30 "X"s on your map xD
