Place visits not being counted?

Today I had several people visit one of my games and the visits haven't gone up at all? Its saying only 11 people have visited it within the last week while today I had more than one server open (its a mega place to max is 30 people per server). Why are the place visits not showing up? It's because its just natural its must have been players splitted to another servers.
