There is a button to allow comment or not but why we can't do this for thumbs up/thumbs down?

Because the thumbs up/down system was put there to prevent games which were cheaty, scamming, or other reaching the front page. It allows individuals to give their opinion on whether or not the place is good. By allowing individuals to disable it for their place, individuals can just pull more people in, earn a lot of tickets, and people will just keep coming as there's no indication it's a bad game since both ratings and comments are disabled. No support.

Yah but some kids make fun of others to dislike their places, some people doesn't want it as me. Because of that, I no more want creating places.

They're not going to make it optional. As stated, it's there to prevent scams, etc from occurring. If both are disabled, there's no way of knowing what the place is like.

They were made so that it's harder to scam people with a fake thumbnail, title, etc. Simple. "Yah but some kids make fun of others to dislike their places, some people doesn't want it as me. Because of that, I no more want creating places." So? They do it to bother you, anyway. You show you're bothered, so they do it.

So? Exactly. Think of it this way - If your place is mass disliked, if someone makes a thread like that, they get in trouble for PA, because that's what it is. For every dislike, you get tix. They're feeding you tix just to hate on you
