First of all, if you want to petition, post it to the Council wall, and have voters join and discuss your ideas with the councilors who make the laws.
Second of all, don't bother with this specific topic in Council as it is already illegal. I'm sorry but there will never be mages in Jardia. Lore says no magic in Peurotsiil, so it stops there. But if you need more convincing, the Mandorian Mages failed about 6 times while I was in Mandor, and not because someone was trying to stop it. I also will not put any magic into the bases, and furthermore, magic will not be tolerated in roleplay as it is against Lore rules, and it is a cheap cop out to most things in roleplay. This is a final and binding judgement in all of Peurotsiil. |
