If you're banned on another account, and on an alternate account, you cannot play games or edit your places. It is a new feature that ROBLOX implemented.

My problem: When I open any one of my places in edit or build mode, it comes up with nothing in the workspace except for the camera. My place is also blank with none of my building saved. However, when I open it in play mode, it is all there and works fine.
