actually yes to hats but like steam workshop for tf2 ROBLOX will only choose the best ones and release them at different times especially choosing ones to do with the time
e.g
its christmas so some one makes
Retro elf shades
and someone else makes
Sunglasses 2.0
Retro elf shades would be more likely to get through |
