Updating comments without having to refresh the page

If comments updated in realtime, you would be reading a post when suddenly a bunch of spam floods in. This could be fixed though! The solution to this would be : when 3 new comments are posted, words come up saying "3 new comments" if you click it, it shows the new comments, nice and quickly. without you having to refresh the whole page. (3 comments is just an example, it could be more. or less.)
