I try to upload a decal and this pops up:"ERROR: We were unable to create the requested item. Please verify that you are using a valid texture template and try again." Any suggestions?

Uhh, Are you using a supported file format? Use .PNG to be safe ~11076

.PNG files should work.

It's a virus. Shut down your computer and take it to a computer technician to have it fixed. DO NOT turn it on until then.
