We shouldn't be able to re-upload content from someone else's model. Otherwise people copy your models and then take all the credit

It's a good idea, but how would this work? Someone might also be working on someone else's model for them. Then how would he give it back?

hmm good point. maybe when you configure your model you can use a permissions thing like you have on PBS
