Can't use ROBLOX Studio 2013 (Need Help!)

Ugh... I need help. ROBLOX Studio doesn't work. It opens fine, but the website doesn't show up, it's all white. o.e Some people would say what computer do I have. I have an HP Computer. The software is Window 7.

So what i'm hearing is that it won't load. Try re-installing, and if that doesn't work, then just give it time to load.
