Doubtful. As there doesn't seem to be 6th gen Pokemon on there, and Id think there'd be sixth gen mega evo in a sixth gen game. -The truth is out there-

Why wouldn't they make a sixth gen mega? I'm pretty sure at least one Pokemon from each gen will get a mega evo, and if there isn't any sixth gen mega evo, then what is gonna be the "example" mega evo if you will? Cause let's be honest, they're not gonna add mega evo and not give an example of it in the game.

Um, no one has EVER stated they will all be events that is part of the making of x and y, so no, you actually don't know if they're all gonna be events. Just because one is doesn't mean they all will be.

Also, if the tower of mastery has something to do with the mega evo(which has been stated by Nintendo), which is in game, theres a pretty good chance that most of them won't be events, but instead from there.

That doesn't mean all of the items will be from events dude. Like I said before, one does not equal all, especially when there are over 600, 700, or even possibly 800 different ones.
