They don't refund for blocked badges.
They don't refund for blocked thumbnails.
Thus they very likely don't refund for blocked place videos.
Therefore, I doubt that they refund for blocked sounds.
I suspected that copyrighted songs would be blocked. |

Sorry, but I believe not. It's really your fault if you upload inappropriate content that involves purchasing.
Next time, make sure to review the ROBLOX terms of use, and you'll most likely be fine, although most of the rules are mostly common sense, anyway.

It Depends Was Your Text Deleted If It Was Just Do Not Put Anything Inappropriate In Your Text.
If you audio was deleted then you will get a refund.

I think it's' just roblox little way of making money. You waste your money uploading a song and instead of simply getting a refund, you would have to buy back robux. |

I understand your pain, although I don't have to pay for uploading clothes, one time I did a design, and it got approved, but when I uploaded it in a different color it got denied. |

Most likely they use a program to moderate, not real people. Real people don't make this many mistakes when moderating content, but programs definitely can. They need to switch to people.
On the other hand, if I'm wrong and they do have people do this, then most of those moderators are fairly pathetic. I've seen decals of real human beings approved when that's clearly against the rules, and decals of rather... risque content approved when that's definitely against the rules, but at the same time I've seen decals of perfectly innocent and beautiful things denied and severely punished for, for no real reason at all. If there are real people doing this, they need to go back to training. They obviously have no idea what they're doing. |

They should've sent you a message saying that it had been declined with the amount of ROBUX you are given back.
If you had uploaded it and it got deleted, rather than declined, you do not get your money back.
