Don't moderate sounds unless reported

This would be great, as players won't have to pay 250 robux to use sounds so that roblox can moderate sounds one-by-one. Just like models, they should only be moderated when they are reported, as there is not much inappropriate content found in the catalog.

And ROBLOX has to keep people from uploading copyrighted sounds, And I'm sure that they don't have the extra cash to use a filtering system(Yeah, I believe most of their cash goes to hosting the ROBLOX site and its vast amount of games.) And of Course, If you were the head of ROBLOX, Would you want little kids hearing inappropriate language, Or do you want to try and prevent that? ~11076

@noob roblox wants the money,they hate the kids who play (or just plain everybody who plays) one audio has the A word and it actually got approved ~Armadillos lurk in your toaster~
