I have this account, greencarmelapple. I have forgotten the pa ss. I used the 'forgot my pa ss link' button; but it didn't work. And I am not lying. Greencarmelapple has been offline for five or so days!! I even contacted the ROBLOX help team. Please, help me.

Yes, I did! I also sent a Username reminder and it showed that 'GreenCarmelApple' was in that email.

After I did that, they said that I should send an email to the ROBLOX p ass reset team. I did so. And the message failed permanently to get to them. What do I do?
