This isn't a technical issue, but I'm gonna assume you're not a troll. 1. Sorry about your situation, I realise that cannot be easy. 2. Counselling may be worth looking at, not for support but for advice. I wouldn't know what to do in this situation but a counsellor would, they are also confidential and they won't say stuff to your parents or the local council.

This is considered child abuse (Mentally abusing a child) unless you are 18+ counsling or SS (Social services) will help.
