Stopping Spamming and Scamming

Comment spam ("Post this on 5 hats to get free robux") and scams ("Go to this link, enter your credentials, and get free robux") are a huge issue on Roblox, and countless people have lost accounts. You could just tell these people to be more careful, but many are young players who don't understand that not everyone means what they say. Here are 3 ideas to stop this issue: 1. A duplicate post filter for comments It's similar to what we have for the forums, but for comments. If I post "xyz123" on one item, I could not post that on another item for an hour, or whatever time Roblox sees fit. 2. A flood check for comments Like idea #1, it's similar to what we have for the forums. If I post a comment, I cannot comment on ANY other item for 90 seconds. 3. Harsher punishments for scamming Many people simply post scams from the accounts they take over. While these accounts DO get banned, it's often not in time and countless others fall for the scams. I suggest an IP-based punishment, such as a week, but increasing per offense. Although people can get around this, it will still help, especially with the aid of ideas #1 and #2. Support? Great! @Joife You can't stop it, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try, because that could mean a 10% decrease, which is better than none. You can just ignore it but there are many who fall for countless scams.
