Maybe your computer dont have OpenGL .

I've been playing ROBLOX on Windows 8 and 8.1 for years, no problem here.

that is not the problem the problem is that it doesnt install robloxplaer itself on windows 8.1 otherwise a full pc search in with i just did would of found it.

try playing on a standard account not an admin account <--- won't work on admin accounts

Try running roblox on a different browser internet explorer, firefox, or google chrome :D

Ok, I got this problem, my dad did some reasearch, and apparently (this works) You just have to reinstall roblox.

yes i am but it does this instead it crashes relaunches and does that at least 50 times filling my screen with errors and causing my computer to almost crash?? PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I've fixed it I don't know how but now I still cannot enter games. Wanna know how? I've got windows 8.1 and it keeps saying cannot find roblox app in store so I checked the store typed roblox in search and it said app not found HELP ME I CANNOT PLAY ROBLOX FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE!!!!!1

My computer is new and came with windows 8.1, I got this computer for last christmas, its a surface that has a detachable keyboard and touchscreen, just in case you needed to know. Anyway, When I try to install the roblox player and studio, I'll click install, click run, and it starts to load, but then a link pops up saying, "This app cannot run on your pc, please go to windows store to find apps that work on your pc." I wonder if it's because it works on X-Box store... Its really irritating... please reply to this.

Im not sure If im getting a different problem but when I click play the game loads as normal then it asks me to download the file which I do. Once it had downloaded I clicked it but in stead of loading the correct thing it just opens another page with roblox on it and I dont know why
