Allow us to block people from each of the following, and can be done one at a time
(Ex. You want someone to not follow you, but you want them to still see your page)
Block from:
-Page
-Inventory
-Following
-Messaging
-Friend Requesting
This allows you to block individual users.
Using their ID. (so name changes don't confuse.)
