Water:
First all users need to be able to swim (admins make a puplic swimming place) and you need to swim in there to be able to swim every were else! and your arms and legs move!
fire:
cooking time users will be able to cook but if they leave any food in the oven BOOM a fire starts! users could be fire robloxians
air:
every one needs air the builder of the place decides were air is if their is no air users will automaticly be bloxxed
gravity:
depending on the gravity level users will be able to fly in a place with no gravity and stay on the floor if not! |

Yes it can.
The swimming can be done by changing the Animate script found in characters, and the fire is very simple with scripting. |
