This is yoshi3589 on my bro's account. I can't log in! I KNOW I typed my p### right, and I tried like 100 times! Also, my desc and some of my places have dissapeared. I tried hitting "Remember P#######", but no email showed up. Am I being hacked? Help! - Cuz I felt like it

You might have experienced a hacker attack. Try contacting ROBLOX directly and see if they can help you recover your account. Also, did you set a recovery email for your ROBLOX account? If you didn't, there is no way to get the message, and the only way to recover your account is by contacting ROBLOX. I went to your profile. You have no blurb and two active places. Think... Is there anything you did before this that might have caused the problem? ~SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION~

Guys, ROBLOX wont help you recover your account unless if you're verified. I know, because if it wasn't like that, you could claim any account as your own.

Did you have an easy PW? If so, that most likely happened. Also, the only thing you can do is email roblox. I believe for this type of problem, you'd email [email protected]. And email from the email you're verified to, just so you know. ᕙ(●︹●)ᕗ

If you do use a Roblox Card on your account you can enter that Roblox Card Code then it will get you into your account. But I don't know where to put the code on which section. -LegendaryBladeKiller
