On the test server, I have the Builders Club badge, but still tells me to get builders club to create a group.

I think how it works is if you had Bc then but you don't know it just shows your Bc badge because you had it then. I think thats how the system works.

no wait i know what the prob is lol its because it might be your computer has the strange ectractin on the field server from roblox you gota cut it out by downloading the virus comp of and thats it done
