On my place... It runs smoothy but...

I have my place Code genorator, and when I go to it in test mode it works perfect and the gear turn smoothly, but when I go to play mode they are all glitchy. I used math.pi/# to do it would that do it?

It doesent change between quality 10 and 1. And it only looks smooth in solo mode.
