ROBLOX Studio/Player Issue

When I'm opening up ROBLOX studio, it says "An error occurred while starting ROBLOX Studio 2013 Details: HttpSendRequest failed: HRESULT 8x80072efd" And when I'm trying to play, it says the same thing. Anyone having this issue?

I don't have that issue. MAybe try to delete Roblox and redownload it.

I tried uninstalling it but it doesn't do the trick.

Use a different web Browser such as Chrome or IE.

I am using Google Chrome and it kinda makes the problem worse. Internet Explorer doesn't work well. Firefox is probably the one that is actually CLOSE to working. When using Firefox, it will let me go on ROBLOX but, when I try to enter a game, it will say "Server is ready". I end up waiting for about 10 minutes then on my screen pops up "Error". Honestly, I want ROBLOX to fix this or I might quit. I have tried on different computers too. My friend is complaining as well. I am dead serious, I might quit if this won't get fixed. What is the point of playing ROBLOX if you can't even access a game?

I can help. I have had this error before. Simply uninstall, reinstall, then restart the computer.
