Game not loading properly?

I have recently had a probelm with my Roblox,I click to play a game and the loader takes longer than 5 minutes and still dosen't load,could anyone help me with my problem? Thanks, destroyerrhys

Check your internet connection. In-game change the graphics down to a lower number. (Menu > Settings) Does this happen with all games?

Thanks for the advice but its not in-game its when I click play the game does just not show up,I have waited longer than 5 minutes.
