when you get a message you hear a sound that tells you when you got a message. you can choose what sound you want only animals or a fire drill

No. It isn't possible. ROBLOX doesn't base on C++, it bases on ASP, which can't get alerts without refreshing the page. So, in short... Its impossible.

An E-mail on ROBLOX? That is called a PM. Plus, it just says # New message(s). And people who are famous would stop playing ROBLOX.
