There should be on safe-chat, you can hover on "name" and it lists all the players. Then, in safe chat, you can say someones name.

There should be games for people 13+ and games for 12-. For the games for 13+ can have extreme violence, and for 12- should be nice, non-violent. :3 But there should be more safe words on the 12- games than the 13+.

Ok so if you are a safe chatter, you go to the safe chat button. Then there will be a new selection that is "name" You hoover your mouse over it and it lists all the players. Then safe-chatters can say someones name!
