I Used to play Roblox all The time but Now when I try to play a Game It says I need to download it Even though I Have it.. And when I download it to see if it Needs an update It Opens a New tab which is very Laggy and has Lots of pop-ups, and I click a Game and It says I haven't downloaded it! I tried to Download it on and on and on But it always says I haven't downloaded it! what should I do?? :( I really want to play some games I haven't been able to...

Bah. I had the same problem, girl. Let me see… I think you have to delete the ROBLOXClient from your Library (APPDATA) and install ROBLOX clean again. That saved me! Try it.

If you have windows, look for %APPDATA% and then go back a few folders. Right click the "Roblox" Folder and hit "Delete." Then install it again.

Are your plugins blocked on the site? That may be the cause of it. It was for me at least

I had the same problem on my old windows 8 and i had to uninstall it 100% and install it again but if that dont work restart the pc. if those 2 dont work you need to have both roblox player and roblox studio or it wont work!

same with me i get so frustrated when this sort if idiotic thing happens blame Roblox for it not your computer or laptop
