Re-downloading roblox?

Ok so I love playing roblox. I am on almost everyday but lately I cant. Every time I try to join a game it says I need to download roblox. But I already have it downloaded. I've tried Un-installing roblox and redoing it like 50 times. I've even gone far enough to make a new account on my computer and it still says the same things. Someone please help I have a windows 7 Acer by the way.

Try sending an Email to [email protected] and tell them the problem. Also what do you use from these: Firefox,IE,Chrome (Problems). If you use chrome they're will be Some problems.

I cant send an email to [email protected] because it shows this (Could Not perform this operation because the default mail client isn't properly installed) I have a windows 7 by the way.
