Roblox Studio 2013 doesn't want to open!

I've tried to open roblox studio, (I have a windows 7) and it just says this: An error occured while starting ROBLOX Studio 2013. Details: HttpSendRequest failed: HRESULT 0x80072efd It does this on any game I try to build/edit! Makes me mad.
